Refund Policy
Effective Date: 25 June 2026
The Gradiion Capability Program is an application-based professional capability program. Access is granted only after the applicant has completed the required admissions gates and has been accepted.
Because the Program includes gated access, diagnostic review, capability assessment, evidence workflows, orientation, LMS access, and limited-capacity review, payments are generally non-refundable once program access has been issued.
When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment or billing error.
- Payment taken after written rejection.
- Technical access failure that Gradiion cannot reasonably resolve.
- Program access not issued after payment.
- A refund required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of payment to info@gradiion.com, including your name and the reason for the request.
Refunds Are Not Provided For
- Change of mind.
- Failure to complete the Program.
- Failure to submit required evidence.
- Disagreement with correction, review, or progression standards.
- Rejection, hold, or lock caused by insufficient evidence.
- Requests made after access has been issued and program materials or review processes have begun.
Processing
If approved, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days, subject to bank or payment processor timelines.
Misuse
Gradiion reserves the right to reject refund requests involving misuse, false information, chargeback abuse, access sharing, or violation of program standards.
